Where this shows up in practice
My strongest practical experience is in Horizon Europe-type consortia, the NATO DIANA accelerator, and Business Finland funding. Through these I’ve worked on the fundability of health tech, digital health, remote diagnostics, digital twins, and health solutions with both civilian and defence applications.
I helped prepare the Horizon Europe application that brought my current employer into the €12M EU Horizon DTRIP4H consortium, developing digital twins for healthcare and MRI environments.

EU Funding Strategy
I help companies assess whether an idea is fundable, which direction makes sense, and what needs clarifying before applying. If funding isn’t the right move, I say so early, before you spend weeks on an application.
Keynote Speaking
I speak about health tech, EU funding, change and leadership, grounded in real examples rather than slideware. I ask who I’m speaking to before I build the talk. Keynotes available in English.
Health Tech & Leadership
Twenty years across healthcare, technology, teaching, sales, entrepreneurship and public decision-making. I know what it takes for a good idea to become a good project, and for a good project to actually get used.
